My daughter-in-law worked at DQ for about 2 weeks. She was fired for doing the exact same thing for her customers. She was told she was too slow, didn't follow DQ standards and gave the customers too much product for the money. I have decided to stop purchasing ice cream at DQ if this the way the owners are told to "service their customers" Makes you wonder if bad service is the fault of the server or the employer. I hope this little "newbie" does not meet the same fate.
