Hey Our Manager's Been Murdered

Please tell us what's going on.

I would like an explanation also, please.

How much of this popular person control system is going to continue. You always make changes and not always for the better of anyone other then yourself.
You had a group start that was clearly about harrasing men ( On Line Safety Net for Women ) and did nothing. Now someone sees fit to destroy a group that has a no delete policy because they believe in the freedom of speech and the right to scroll by what MAY offend.

Does the word PATHETIC sound familiar. You Dis the crowd that gave you life over a year ago. Enjoy the money....

There are over 100 people in this group who would like to know why our manager is no longer with us. I personally did not see anything wrong with her comments. She is honest to a fault--usually her own fault as she always gets the blame for whatever happens.

Your inflated numbers are just that. If you would purge the number of inactive members in 50+ Singles you would see that they have run a majority of the people off of Eons just from that group alone. When are you going to wake up and smell the coffee. The reason your little project is not going as well as you might like is because a group of Orwellian Managers/Moderators are controlling the group where most of the new members hit when they arrive at Eons. They are quickly turned off by this style of total control and more than likely decide that this is not the place for them. I almost left because of it, but found a home in OOC. Lagamor is very wise and thought Manager. She has allowed this group to flourish and has been hounded by the aforementioned Managers/Moderators that basically ran the 160 or so members of this group off from 50+Singles. If you are truely interested in increasing your revenue stream and growing your business you will rid it of the cancer that is Managing your largest(thats a joke) but not active group on Eons. Btw.....I have over 30 years or marketing and sales experience. Jeff.......you have a problem here and its being poorly managed.

Heads up folks. Cowardly little tattle-tales can run to Eons to get you booted. Just like that. poof.

entitled: Right to know.

As members of groups on eons, do we have any rights pertaining to actions taken against one of our members? Do we have the right to see the charges made against the member? Do we have the right to know who brought the charges against this member? Do we at least have the right to know the sentencing details? I hope by all that is moral and right, that the punished member was given, at least, these basic rights.

I am one of a member of a group who is not at all happy to have our moderator disappear without due notice or appeal rights. If there has been a terms of use violation, shouldn't we know what it is? Even children are given the chance to learn about the world they live in and how to live by the rules of the authority in power.

Common courtesy would allow, at the bare minimum, that the group members be notified of any action that affects their group. The emotional ties and relationships in these online groups is not so much different than any real life relationship. The stress and resultant health consequences from "EONS" arbitrary actions against a loved one should not go unreported. This serves as notice to Eons Advisors.

Speaking of giving notice: I proclaim right now that because we were given no notice of this action, we had not established alternate contact information and have been unable to check on the health and welfare of the deleted member. We have grave concerns about her wellbeing and will not be forgiving to the responsible parties for any resulting real life consequences.

We are all very interested in finding out why our Manager just disappeared and no one knows what happened. We would like to have some word as to what has happened. To say this was sudden is an understatement.

Good point TCO-I'm very concerned about Lags and have no way to find out if she is OK...and that's not good for my health.
