Any Advice??
Very well written AND timely. Eons members, individually and as a group, should be concerned about the issues presented. And, we should be concerned enough to keep booming this article until such time we decide to take action and make a difference...

As one who has been caring for an elder parent and unemployed for over a year I fully appreciate the issues at hand. My ARM is rising, my income has stopped. Unemployment has been denied since I was not in-state for the year of benefits. Their answer was social services...thanks...I just want a job!
You capsulize the essence of our generational concerns, not only as the 50+ group, but as a concern for our youth and what we will leave behind in our wake of passing.
It becomes paramount to listen carefully to the candidate rhetoric and determine who is present asking the questions we need answered and address our concerns. Those are the people we need to get behind and support....those people on the front lines searching to separate the wheat from the chaf in the political mayhem. Rather than re-invent the wheel, we need to focus of the existing organization(s) that already champion our concerns.
Is there anyone out there with suggestions of what groups to watch and their focused intersts, ie., AARP, etc.???
