I went to a reunion for people of color who was raised together in our small towns in Pennsylvania. See I was raised in Oil City, PA. and Titusville, Meadville, Franklin, Polk, Rocky Grove, Seneca, Cranberry, Reno, and a few other small towns we had a hand full of black in each town. So we all met for picnics at two mile park two times a year. The parents got together for parties. Well most of the parents died and the tradition went to the wind. Well here we all are 25 years later getting together again. It went really well it was very interesting and everyone enjoyed seeing each other. I don't know if this is a yearly thing we will all do but I just hope we do it. We had like 300 people all together it was fantastic to see so many people come for such an event. I am blessed to be alive to be a part of this tradition. Keep them coming I say.
