This monument was erected and placed this last week and dedication on Sat. May 10, 2008, now 9 years after the strongest tornado on record, came right through this area(all houses behind built post '99,May 3rd. Tornado. This is 4 blocks from where I presently live. Wind speeds of 316mph were recorded.
