Wow, TornadoWoman. Great picture, great physique. Looking at you remind me that I need to work harder, but I just cannot do it without joining a gym! How do you do it?

you go girl! I am 65 and thought I looked pretty hot for 65 but you take the cake. You're my hero! I weight the same thing now that I did at 30 but it has started going to the middle. My husband says don't worry that happens as you get older. I'm going to show him your picture so he can see that it doesn't have to be that way. Tell me your secret. I swim, yoga, free weights, walk. You name it, I do it. But I don't seem to be able to get my six pack back!

Thank you for the nice compliments! Since I've received a number of PM's asking about my fitness regimen, I decided to post it here.

I usually do one high energy aerobic video a week at home and several strength-training and core workouts a week (watching movies or favorite shows that I have previously recorded). Then I do one 6 or 7 mile run during the week, either on my treadmill or with running buddies, and a long run on Saturday morning with my marathon training group. Then I go bike riding or rollerblading whenever I can.

Also, I eat a pretty healthy high fiber, low fat diet and use a number of vitamin supplements and herbs.
