Hi Hillary, so the eight years that Bill was president the schools have gotten a bad grade. The Bush administration had to revamp the testing; Most public schools could not even get the kids to pass the required test. I hope Hillary, you can do better. It really is a waste of tax payer money to fund schools that can't meet the grade level.
