very nice Mary. just touch up and lighten the bridge and tip of his nose to show that the hat only shades about a half of it (and possibly shade his face under that hat), and maybe redefine the shadow of his shirt collar which bothers me as being too dark. His mustache is a little bit too trimmed, trust me there are always a few hairs leaning left and right at the centerpoint. and finally, maybe you might highlight two points in his eyes to show that they are "wet" and capable of reflecting ambient light.
