Notice the date on that story. He was freed yesterday, 12 August. Can you imagine having to wait 3 more weeks in jail, when everyone knows you shouldn't be there!!!
I have little problem with the Death Penalty, it's the Lawyers and Juries I can't support.Or, as I prefer to call them, the Lieyers and fools. By the way, is there a Death penalty for Rape?
ctjester I don't think so, any more. The penalty varies from state to state, but I think the only time the death penalty applies, in those states that have one, is when the victim is also murdered.
