Peggy's Cove Frozen In, Chance of Snow

9X12 Pen and Ink Sketch on Strathmore Water Color Paper hit with water color washes and acrylic highlights. This was the coldest day in April and this part of Peggy's Cove was frozen over but still showed reflections and the wild sea beyond. Tough light.

Love it, it has sort of "other" worldly look to it! Didn't realize it was frozen but now I see it. I just liked the "glassy" look of the water.

Thanks everyone, I am still working on it, but after 3:00 AM this morning I just scanned it and quit. I'll posT the rest when I get the boats in the forground to LOOK RIGHT.
