This photo was not retouched - this is an actual photo of paranormal events taking place - if you will notice the vortex on the bottom left hand side, the shadow figure on the balcony on the left hand side, the spirit rods and ectoplasm, the orbs - all of this is contained in and around the house - nothing seeps outside the boundaries.
