He does seem to project charisma, but I am not yet convinced that he has the ability to make a hard and unpopular but necessary decision. All I have seen so far is pandering. But, I could be convinced.
Nice family, safe and secure even though you are against the war. Maybe when these extremists reach our shoes again and you taste some personal pain you will feel different. Until than I hope our government can keep you safe and your family will grow and learn what you have neglected to learn.
Seeing you run for office gives me great hope for this country of ours. A straight shooter, a nice guy with good values. Your parents must be very proud.

What a handsome and happy family, except for mom. Her smile is more of a smirk, and Barack's looks fake. The whole family looks posed, not a natural feeling.
The picture seems to be of a very close and loving family. However, politics will change you immensely because of the criticism and negativity. It's difficult to live through that. I see a very sensitive group of people and being in the limelight tends to harden people and have them look at things more in line with the majority, rather than with our own personal feelings. Personal feelings stated brings about much disagreement, so now famous people have to be all to everyone. I pray that you are able to be yourself and still succeed and that this 'run' takes nothing from the family, but lets you know how strong you are and that you can help others and not lose who you are as a person/family.
Appreciated hearing you speak on NPR. You seemed to speak from experience of mind/heart and Gut. Now that you are running for President, I don't hear YOU in the message. I hear sound bites and "safe" positions and not clear, statesman like stands. I don't think you will be elected by trying to be another middle of the road, social fit in candidate, i.e. What Hillary Clinton is all about! Please show the American people that you walk the talk, that LOVE and COMPASSION are not words of weakness but of ultimate Courage and Strength.. Remember Christ, the Buddha, Mohammed and Moses...all spoke their Truth to Power...Please take the space, the time for quiet reflexion/meditation that opens one to depth of Deeper Awareness and Insight. This is what George Washington Carver reported to Congress was in part responsible for his great success, his daily reflexion in silence on his favorite log....Wishing you much Happiness......
I know very little about you. I don't trust the newspaper reporting nor do I particularly trust media broadcasts. I hope to find out something about you here, if you do really come by eons and post. I want to be informed and make correct decisions based on truth. I will read further and hope to get a deeper insight into who you really are and what your intentions are as a presidental candidate. Up until now, I've been very torn between the candidates. But after hearing your wife speak, I looked at you and your campaign a little closer. The harder I looked, the better I liked what I saw! You are in a position to give the average person a glimmer of hope--something we haven't had for quite some time!! Please keep pushing forward, and do something most politicians never do. FOLLOW THROUGH ON WHAT YOU SAY YOU'LL DO!! A lot of people are pinning their hopes for the future on you!
On a different note: your wife is a wonderful asset to your campaign. After listening to her speech for you, I would've been quite willing to vote for HER for president! (Have you considered her for VP? Hmmm . . . .)
