I drove my great grandmother(center) to Pritchard, Alabama in August 1961 for the funeral of her mother. The funeral was one month before the birth of my oldest son. Cousins from all over the United States converged for this funeral. I took this picture of my "Big Mom" with two of her sisters. A fourth sister was camera shy, the owner of the home we were in. I finally caught her in two subsequent pictures. It was a delight seeing my great grandmother interact with her siblings.
