I tried "pouring" watercolor. If I understand it right, its wetting the area you want to paint, and then sloshing on color which will only go into the wet area, not into the dry area. Great wood texture - dry brush?
VERY GOOD WORK. PERHAPS IT IS JUST ME BUT WHEN I LOOK AT IT FOR VERY LONG IT LOOKS AS IF IT HAS A TRANSLUCENT COVER OVER THE TOP CUP. WHAT WOULD FIX THAT...A SHADOW INSIDE THE CUP? I'M SURE WHEN YOU SET IT UP IT DIDN'T HAVE A SHADOW....OR DID IT? EXCEPT FOR THAT I THINK IT'S AN EXCELLENT PIECE OF WORK. COOL
