I know I put a comment here last night...wonder what happened to it. This is revision #1, left leg lengthened, shadow from feet, darkened as you go up steps. Comments please.
the 3 steps under his butt...wouldn't the brightness you show on the floor also be indicated on the flat surfaces of these stairs (shadows too)? picky picky picky. also the shadow of his real right leg would carry onto the orange brickwork vertically, no?
I need to work on the shadows under his butt, didn't notice it much until I redarkended the pants....now it really shows up. The shadow on the wall pretty much reads as it does on the photograph. I'll take another look at it. I had to brighten the original photo so I could get more detail, of course that wiped out some thing that needed to be in it so I have to figure out what needed to stay from the original, unedited photo. YIKES! Crit is Thur. night. I tweaked for about 2 hr. last night.
Thanks for your vote of confidence. Will hopefully get things straightened out tonight. Had class last night. We've been having a great life drawing class, have had a guest artist and a great new model.
