You must be mighty proud of your nephew. Sounds like he's a real 'go getter' and I know to get a body like that takes tons of discipline and hard work....and of course we all know he takes after his Uncle Willie. :)
You know, it's way too early in the morning for me to come upon Freddie without proper preparation. Think I will double on the exercise routine today. Freddie is inspiration and a pleasant jolt for the eyeballs!
I go the gym. I wish I was as buff as Freddie. Not a chance. I started too late. I'm impressed. He's really done a great job! He has incredible discipline to do this. Good for him!
