This BOY was killed Sunday in Iraq. He was a Marine. His Father is the House Country Western singer at my son's sports bar. A very nice man. They are doing a fund raiser of sorts.

I saw the Step Mother last night. She was standing at the bar holding the flyer I designed for the fundraiser with this portrait on it. She was speechless and on the verge of tears. My daughter in law said she just wants to give you a hug. We did. What a reward for this simple drawing. The Father has not seen it as of this writing.
Rose said it all in one sentence--"Yu da man Richard!" She is so right ! This is perfection! I am so glad you chose one of America's true hero's to honor.
