I'd gone on the South Beach diet and started working out the fall/winter before this picture. So I'd lost 10 lbs since you'd seen me last Varinka! However I can't do the South Beach now that I'm gluten and dairy intolerant. I also lost 10 more lbs after last fall, but have gained a few back due to the new diet restrictions.
I too lost allot of weight, feel much better and the pressure on my lumbar area lessened. Know you get tired of hearing this but man, you are tall, looks super duper good on you!!
