  • The best part is that this sailboat was built by Sally's girl scout troop: "Our Mariner senior troop built our own single-masted sailboat. The yacht club sponsored our troop and allowed us to moor the sailboat at their docks. Our boat "Willie" would only hold three, so extra troop members would get to sail with yacht club members."   • Our high school summers (1953-55) were spent on Lake Decatur taking turns piloting "Willie" the Penquin sailboat. This photo shows Donna Logan and myself (Sally Andrews Neely) enjoying the sunshine.
