In the early 70's I was the victim of a traumatic experience. As it happened, I found music to be therapeutic. That was the time when Neil Diamond had one of his songs in the charts --- I Am, I Said. The sound of his voice was so therapeutic to me, that I got hooked on the feeling I had when he sang. Needless to say, I am a die-hard Neil Diamond fan. I've had the privilege of seeing him in concert 4 times. The only thing I can think of that I would appreciate more than his music, is to have him pull into town on his Harley and take me off into the sunset riding behind him!
I'M WITH YOU ON NEIL! SWEET CAROLINE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE. I'VE ONLY SEEN HIM IN CONCERT 1X BUT IT'S A MEMORY THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME! HE'S ONE HECK OF A PERFORMER & ABSOLUTELY A SEXY HUNK! MAKE ROOM FOR 2 ON THAT BIKE! (PLENTY OF ROOM IN THE SUNSET!)
TRIVIA FACT NOT FICTION!--MY BASEMENT FLOODED (ABOUT 10 YRS AGO) & ALL OF MY ALBUMS (NOT CD'S ) WERE RUINED. I HAD TO GATHER DATA TO SUBMIT VALUE & REPLACEMENT COSTS TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR MY CLAIM --NEIL DIAMOND'S ALBUMS WERE MORE VALUABLE THAN ELVIS PRESLEY'S!
