I've heard that the interest in American Girls is extreme among girls 3-12. So extreme that Julia Roberts herself co-produced this movie. What surprises me even more, is that the reviews are good. This could be a good movie to bring the grandkids/kids to. Here's a link to a review: view link
I actually can't wait to take my 4- and 7-year old "also" grandsons to see it. I saw the trailer and it brought back this breath of the "old-fashioned" stories I used to read as a young girl. Can't wait to see it!
I saw this last week with my 11 year old niece. She is an avid American Girl collector and has been since she was 6 or 7 years old. We both loved it! We loved it so much that we forgot to eat our popcorn while we watched!
