Proud to be and Blessed to be an AMERICAN, living in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Great place to live lots of bicycling and other outdoor activities. Me I'm into health and fittness, love to learn new things . I have many intrests ,and try to be not extreme on anything. I love sharing jokes and funny stories trying to brighten up peoples lives. Me I probably fit into a whole bunch of you might be a redneck if, I'm just a country boy at heart. I'm a big race fan Saturday night short tracks and NASCAR I would like to share information on health issues  and aging gracefully
