My Aunt Nora and Uncle Bud's farm in Owatonna, MN a child I think we moved once a year if not every 6 - 9months. Hectic, non-military, we just moved. My family finally stayed put in 1961 in Mahtomedi, MN and there I stayed until I was 19. Got married and went to Beaufort, SC where my husband was in the Marine Corps. We then moved back to MN, out to CA, then to NH where my son was born in 1971. Than back to CA where we divorced, what a relief. So, back to MN and I drank and abused drugs until 1979 and had another marriage end in divorce...God is Good! Have any of you jumped off the bridge yet? In 1979, I literally met God when I had od'd..His hand came down to me, for real. I have been sober and clean ever since. Other places God has taken me are: Montana, Iowa, Florida, Nevada, Texas, Mexico and I now live in Wisconsin. As I am, my 36 yr old son Erik, is also a walking miracle for the past 3 years. I like painting figurines, making Christmas presents for my 7 great neices and nephews, venturing into painting on glass and glass-etching. I love to read Cherokee history, as well as other Native Americans, good mysteries and books on Spirituality and Healing. If I could go anywhere and have a real vacation in the sun, I would go to Tahiti By next fall, my man friend and I hope to be living on 5 acres of land he owns, lots of woods, God, animals, God, gardens, God..ya get my drift. I am done talking..Thank God, eh?

I am Carol and have Native blood (Cherokee) in my back ground.

I am starving to learn about my culture and I am taking on-line Cherokee classes.

My sense of humor is pretty dented - demented.

I love to do arts and crafts; painting for the most, but am going to try my hand at glass etching and glass painting.

I attend a sweat lodge in Spooner, WI as frequently as possible. And I am in to holistic health, rocks and crystals...very novice..lol

My home is in River Falls, WI.
