My husband used to call me a "professional volunteer". I was involved in girl scouts for 16 years. I volunteered in my kids school libraries for at least 14 years and I've been a volunteer breast feeding counselor for over 20 years.

I am the mother of 3, grandmother of 1. I was a breastfeeding counselor for 20 years and the fickle finger of fate has seen fit to repay me with inflamatory breast carcinoma. I just got the diagnosis and will have a chemo port implanted on Thursday. I sure would like to hear from survivors as they tell me this is a rare (6%) and very agressive form of cancer. On a more possitive note I love crafts (beadwork), the outdoors and animals.
