I would have to say Brenda Hall.We met in high school gym and became fast friends.She had a big heart,and was a friend to everybody.She pushed me into adventures and broadened my horizons.If it wasn't for her I would not have met my husband or traveled as much as I have.She was one in a million.She die of Breast Cancer in 2001. I miss her everyday and try to be like her by helping when I can and being there for friends and family.

Exercise !! I have never been a friend of exercise I lost hope in grade school and expanded ever since.In 2002 I decided that I would turn my life around and I worked out 2 1/2 hrs a day.But in 2006 had an accident now I'm ready to take back my life again one pound at a time.

I was born in Detroit city.I live a half mile from where I was born.Detroit has gone through some changes some good some bad.But there is a core downtown growing,but the neighborhoods need major help.I think Detroit is making a turnaround ,but there is a long way to go.
