More about me: Hiker. Swimmer. Gourmet cook. Entrepreneur. Writer. Teacher. Westerner. Music lover. Amateur photographer. I've been all of these and more.

I grew up on the East Coast but life really began when I moved to Colorado in the early 1970s. I loved the open spaces, the beautiful mountain scenery and the sunny, dry climate. I can't imagine living anywhere else.

The outdoors is a huge part of my life. I've been hiking in Colorado and the western states for 15 years. I snowshoe during winter months. I also love water sports, especially kayaking and white water rafting. My best job was as a lifeguard while I was in college.

All my outdoor activities work up an appetite which is good because I love to cook. I especially like spicy foods like chili and barbecue. Chocolate's the best food on earth.
Activities: Hiking anywhere the views are good. I've hiked in Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, the Grand Tetons, Hawaii, New Mexico, and California. In winter I'm out on my snowshoes. I'm getting interested in outdoor photography and look forward to bringing images of my world to the Eons community.

Dear Pam,
what a beautiful place to live, I was watching footage of the
Rockies (mountains) during their game with the Phillies.
Not the most aesthetic of places to view but I got a beautiful
picture of them......sorry about the other Rockies!

Howdy I lived in Brighton when I was in sixth grade back then there was a space between Brighton and Denver went back for a visit on my scooter things have changed.

Great fotos, now that my track season(coaching) is over I can think of trail jogging for the summer inorder to get ready for x-country in the fall. Your fotos are inspirational to a runner as they show great places to go trail running. Thanks for the lift up and a little push down the trail for a summer of exploring and adventure.

I love your photos of Colorado. I spent a summer in Aspen, a winter in Littleton and a summer on a 200 acre homestead it the Pikes Natl. forest. Beautiful country.
