lived in Mississippi by the ocean and New Jersey by the ocean, sure do miss the sound of the surf at night. I have a poontoon boat at a lake 40 miles south of me but it is only 12 miles long and 5 miles wide. When i had my airplane i flew down to Destin Fla several times a year to visit friends. hope to make friends on EONS ! :)

hi, i am a 65 year young male. i was forced to retire early in 1999 due to health reasons. i sure hated losing my pilots privledges but am very thankful that i can still ride my motorcycles and go canoeing, on good days. i like to meet new friends & share lifes experiences. I have a wife Lyn, a daughter Amanda, a son Jeremy, and two grand kids. My daughter Kristine was killed in an auto accident when she was only 16. sure do miss her still.! since our kids are all grown and left the nest, i always have some cats/kittens around to take their place !! I feel that they are a great gift from God !  meow !!

instead of college i went right from high school to the Airforce for 4 years and was an electronic tech for nearly 3 of those years after my training. then drove a semi for 3 years then worked as an electronic/data tech for 40 years till i had to retire with heart/lung problems. therefore i am not a very learned person but have learned many common sense things that are very useful in this life as we prepare for our life eternal.  God bless !!
