Where to begin?  I'm Chicago born (68 yrs ago), spent all my summers on a farm in Mich.  Went to Hi School in Miami Fla.  Moved back to Chi town and got married,  Moved to VA (Wash. D.C. area) for 5 yrs. then to California for the next 30 years.  Lived in Orange County, Lake Elsinore, Hi desert then Sacramento before moving back to VA.

I have 3 kids.  My two sons are still in CA and my daughter is here in Virginia Beach.  I have six grandkids and 2 greats on the way.

I live here in Virginia Beach in an assisted living facility and am pretty much inactive.  I have had COPD for the past 25 years.  5 yrs ago I was diagnosed with lung cancer and given 66months to live.  I fooled them, no sign of the cancer now.

I have been a crafter most of my life, knitting crochet, needle work and just about anything else.  I tried to teach myself tatting but that was a no go.  I am now trying to learn to paint landscaes.  I'm not good but it surprizes me that i do as well as I do.  I just tell people I wanted that house to look like it was sliding downhill or whatever.

That just about brings you up to date with my happenings.  I was warned about putting to much info on the computer.  Someone may try to steal my identity.  If some dirty rascal tried that, he'd get just what he deserved.  If he would ask me nicely I'd be glad to trade with him.
