I am pretty simple in what it takes to make me happy in life. Material things don't interest me, the essentials in life are what matters.

I am athletic having been a competitive bodybuilder until 1994 and now I walk half marathons. I believe that keeping in shape is the key to aging better.

I have a domestic partner of 6 years with whom I share my life. Both of us are active and enjoy riding bikes, horses and doing marathons together.

Our kids aka fids (feathered kids) are parrots- we have 4 of them including two Cockatiels, a Lovebird and a Meyers. I also volunteer for a parrot rescue and adoption group in Los Angeles, often fostering parrots in need of being rehomed.
