What to say, what to say, here goes. I have recently entered my 70th year and I'm definently a curmudgeon and loving it. My wife of 35 years passed away 2 years ago and if I had one wish it would be to take her hand and go for a walk in this fine fall weather.

I am a old labor activist and political activist,left wing Dem.

Love reading, movies and music. Also loved scuba diving but cannot do it anymore.

I have no hair on my head but plenty in or on my ears, hate comb overs but love my shaved head. I suffer from psoriasis, emphysema, occasional bad breath and a bad back. Those are my good points. 

I refer to Wal-Mart as PRC Outlets (PRC=Peoples Republic of China).

 I think George Bush is an American disaster.

I think that the "American Congress is the best money can buy". Not sure who(whom?) I'm quoting.

I think Ann Coulter and Limbaugh should be paid to shut up.

Activities

Loved Scuba Diving, camping and biking but my health does not allow me to do it anymore. I read watch movies, do mind games, crosswords and walking my dog. Taking long drives. Do a lot of jigsaw puzzles of 1000 pcs. or more. Rummage sales and selling on E Bay.

So much music so little time and space. I listen to music that fits my mood or to change my mood. The best I can do is tell about my music collection. I own over 300 cds, my ipod has more than 1500 songs and my computer about 3000 songs. Artists and favorites are Annamore; The Dimming Of The Day and Maggie. Nana Mouskoury; Amapola and I'll Remember you. Acker bilk; Stranger On The Shore and Hey Jude Frank Sinatra; Once upon A Time and Summer Wind. Bobby Darin; Beyond The Sea and My Buddy. Bette Middler; Hello In There and I Think It's Going To Rain. Bruce Springsteen; If I Should Fall Behind and My Hometown. Gram Parsons; In My Hour Of Darkness. Emmylou Harris; Precious Memories and I Will Dream. Anything by Elvis, Rod Stewart, The Beatles. You get the idea, no more room.

House, Nypd Blue, Law And Order, Jeopardy, C Span Book Tv, CNN, ABC News, Old Movie Channels, Jon Stewart The Daily Show, The Cobert Report. All Of Ken Burns Series and most of every thing on PBS.
