Quite a colorful history in regards to job descriptions. Have enjoyed traveling both for fun and work. At 50 years, I am fortunate to be able to enjoy life without being burdened with the need to work for others. Living in the country out and away from the troubled city and in great health. Recently developed an interest in Chinese snuff bottle collecting. That turned into buying these bottles made of different gemstone minerals, and that led straight into the buying and selling of semiprecious gemstones. Since then, have a start on a lapidary shop, and now cut and polish my own stones instead of buying for resale.

My main TaoGem gemstone site connected to an ecommerce store, a TypePad blog, Yahoo 360 blog, Google Blogspot, three Squidoo Lenses within the popular Squidoo Community, with one I consider my main Squidoo community lens, a nice little gemstone and lapidary forum, and enjoy other similar gemstone related forums I frequent on a regular basis.
