I retired at 50 years old and that is when I taught myself how to work a computer. I've had a variety of jobs through the years. Secretary, factories, kitchens & laundry depts. in Nursing Homes, bar maid, waitress and cleaning. I ended up being a Professional Cleaner, if there is such a title. I cleaned in Nursing Homes, rich peoples houses and I retired after 16 yrs. cleaning for a Vo-Tech School in NJ.

I am friendly and enjoy making new friends. I am married for the 3rd time and I finally got me the right one this time. I have two parrots and a cockatiel. An African Grey named Buster (who talks in sentences), a Blue Headed Pionus named Buddy and the cockatiel named Honey. These guys are our kids. I never had any children and that is a good thing.

Now, I spend a lot of time home and most of that time is in my gardens. I am also busy on the computer with blogs, chatting, e- mails or playing games in Pogo. I have recently learnt how to work my digital camera and like taking pictures a lot. I no longer cook because I hate it and I'm retired (LOL) so we go out to eat.

Activities

Come spring time, I just about live in my gardens till fall time. I love gardening. I also have a lot of house plants. I like surfing the internet, playing games and e mailing my friends.

Favorite Charities

I donate cloths and misc. items to the Good Shepard store. The Disabled Veterans.

Favorite Music

Rock and Roll, from the 60's thru the 90's.

Favorite TV Shows

I never watch any TV unless I am walking on my treadmill. I watch the Biography channel.

Favorite Movies

Dirty Dancing. All movies that are true. I am usually not a big movie watcher.

Favorite Books

I don't read books any more but I used to read Self Help books. I do enough reading on the internet.

Home. Nursery plant shops. Zoo's. Walking down country roads or thru the woods. Being at a diner drinking coffee with my friends.

Just about all of them. My parrots, my yard birds, squirrels and deer. All the animals at zoo's and the country fairs.
