Being over 50, is more enjoyable than I thought 35 years ago! Just what was I so scared about?

Ok, so there have been a few changes since I joined on here. I do not live in Austin, Mn. anymore, and would change that on the profile if I could find where to do that edit!!! Even with the glasses on I could not find where to edit the Location area.

Now I live in the lovely Loess Hills in Iowa. The hills called and so did the wonderful new man in my life. Two for the price of a move. Great choice, hard to make, but great choice.

I am a widow, and lost my best friend. But I was truly blessed when my love came around. Not all have experienced the joy of having someone love you like I have been loved. Not just once, but twice!! Yes, I am blessed.

I am on this site to meet friends, that can relate to the future, also known as retirement, and how to prepare and enjoy.

Loess Hills (try google and find out where it is), on the lake, fishing pole in hand, on the couch with granddaughter in lap, playing cards around the dining table, putting in a birdie on any golf course, around the firepit with the stars out, on the front porch during a rain storm, soaking in a tub that is surrounded with candles and glass of wine in hand.
