Any to do with handicapped children, abused animals

I like the sitcoms which have humor. I like the Big Bang Theory, Old Christine. I also like Law and Order but have only begun to watch so every episode is a new one for me. I do like the crime shows of CSI, CSI New York, Criminal Minds, etc. I do not like any show that has gangs, terroism or mafia plots.

I read at least 1 book a week and ususaly go for detective types. I am currently reading The Shaman Sings by James D. Doss. When I find an author I like I usually read their books until I've run through them all. My favorite authors are: James D. Doss; Stuart Woods, John Sandford; Iris Johansen; Jonathan Kellerman and Patrica Cornwell
