Places I've been

Graduated from Johnstown Central High School in west central PA. The original school building is now gone but it was a classic. After 4 years in the U.S. Navy in aviation, I attended the Pittsbugh Institute of Aeronautics and graduated with an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology. I am an FAA Licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic and have been a technician on mostly business aircraft and a manager in the aviation quality field. Lived in Wichita, KS and worked for Boeing before moving to Columbus, OH to work for Executive Jet Aviation, which later became NetJets. My job involved lots of travel, which I loved. I have since retired and am now trying consulting-love it so far! Lots of travel involved still. I spend time in Ohio, where I have lived for the last 30 some years, and in Arizona, where I have a second home and hope to retire to full time soon.

More about me

Aviation maintenance and quality is my occupation, but railroading and model railroading is my passion. I also like auto racing, mostly Sprint Cars on dirt, also snow skiing, bowling, dancing and spending time with my grand daughters.  I love spending time working around the house, both indoors and outdoors.

Favorite Charities

My favorite charity is the DAV, Disabled American Veterans. As a former vet, we need to do better for our people who wear the uniform and who come home disabled for this country and to protect our freedoms.
