I am a widow for almost 6 years. I was married for 57 years.Our 3 kids (grown & married) sent us to Hawaii for our 50th as we had talked about going there for a long time. It was great.   I will be 81 years of age tomorrow. Almost all of my family are deceased except for 1 daughter and 1 son and their children. All of my dear friends are also gone. I don't feel life is joyful anymore but all I can do is "hang in there"  Scarlet123
