Ok, still getting to know what makes me tick (instead of ticks me off) after all the years. Still finding so much beauty out there in the world.

Caught one of my favorite sights one morning last week. Have spruce trees in front of my windows & each winter an entire flock of birds (lots, people, lots!) will fly into this tree and suddently explode out of it in a whirring of wings. They wheel around in that amazing-formation turnabout birds do, and fly right back in, only to explode out again. What a crazy, unusual event and I've caught it two years in a row.

Headed into the holidays alone after a long time of not wanting to spend them alone - now I treasure it. Taking some vacation time at  Christmas, time to write & gather up writings, to try continuing some of the beginnings I'm still making...
