More about me: I am a professional chef and ex-restaurant owner now retired and living in Spain. I am in a small village to the north of Madrid called Majaelrayo, population 35. I live alone; no animals, kids or partner. By choice, incidentally. At this stage of my life, I don't want physical commitments; I have enough intellectual ones to keep me occupied!
