Currently live in Wichita, KS. Lived in Baton Rouge,LA for 12 years. Have 2 acres of land in the mountains above Ruidoso, NM, where we may build a log or stucco home. Chosen sister lives in Framingham, MA where I had major oral surgery to save my life.

I am married--will celebrate our 41st anniversary in August.  We have one son who is 19 years old.  I am a  Speech Language Pathologist and Special Education teacher by profession.  Now only substitute teach.  I work with one local and two national rescue groups.  Currently, I am owned by 3 dogs and 2 cats--all rescues.   Sing in our church choir. Have a strong faith and love God. One of my fondest wishes is to have all puppy mills shut down.

I was born in Denver, Colorado where I lived for 5 years before we moved to Wichita, Kansas.  I grew up in Wichita attending public schools and graduated from Wichita State University. I also attended graduate school there.  My husband and I lived in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for 12 years.  We are now back in Wichita, but hope to relocate to a mountainous area in the near future.

I enjoy all kinds of music--especially music from the 50s and 60s, classical and opera.  I minored in voice in college, but never sang professionally.  I have sung in numerous choirs both civic and church. I also enjoy clogging and scrapbooking.
