Besides Ohio, I have lived in Indiana, Alabama, Florida, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, and North Carolina. Have traveled through most of the United States, Canada, Mexico and Caribbean.

The most important thing in my life are my three children, who are all young adults now. The oldest daughter is working on her masters at George Washington University while living and working in Washington DC. The youngest daughter just graduated high school and will be moving to Philadelphia in August to attend the University of the Arts. My son graduated high school in 2006 and is working while deciding which direction he wants his life to go next. All three make me very proud and I am thankful everyday for being blessed with great kids!

Currently I am engaged to be married to my ex-husband. Yes, I know, this is odd. Most people look at us like we're mad, but after being divorced and apart for over 20 years, we have both changed over time, learned many of life's lessons, and finally realized which things are most important in our lives. We're not in a big hurry to get married but will when the time is right. In the meantime we are happy and satisfied with the way things are and look forward to each new day together.

Animals have always been a love of mine, especially cats. As a child I was only allowed to have a dog, but the one I received as a gift on my 5th birthday became my best friend until he passed away when I was 18. After establishing my own home I adopted cats. At the present time I have 8 kittens and 10 cats, and am fondly known to the neighbors as the cat lady. It seems felines find their way to my home when they are lost, abandoned or destined for the pound. Luckily we live in a rural setting and have plenty of traffic-free areas for them to roam.

Crafts are a favorite hobby of mine, when I have time to do them. Rubber stamping is probably my all time favorite, but I also enjoy scrapbooking, and other paper crafts. Sudokus and crossword puzzles are something else I do when I have some free time. Helps to keep the mind exercised and working.

Finally, traveling is something I've done quite alot of during my life but I've never grown tired of it. If anything, my desire to travel has increased by leaps and bounds. I've had the pleasure to visit many of the states in the US, and gotten as far as Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Caribbean is a place I'd like to visit again soon. And a long trip to the European countries would be a dream come true. One day my fiance and I plan to retire to Mexico and live out our final days looking out on the sandy beach and sipping Marguritas.

My favorite is classic rock but I truly enjoy most kinds of music. The exception is opera.
