I grew up in Newport News, Va. Married and moved to Sullivans Island, SC. (out side of Charleston)Husband was in submarine service. After the Navy, we moved to Rochester, Mich. Then to Helena Al. (south of Birmingham Al). Then back to Virginia. Poquoson is a small city ( pop. 11,000) on the Chesapeake Bay. It is a great place to raise children, good schools and very little crime. Just 2 roads in and out of town. The bay on the west side, Back River to the south and the Poquoson River to the north. I hope that I am here to stay.

Love dogs, have three boxers all female. Working as an Mammographer, like my job, hope to work as long as possible. Enjoy cars, mostly 60's sports cars and muscle cars. Wish I could have said widowed not single. 2 grown sons, 2 grandaughters and 1 grandson.
