More about me

I'm a lively light hearted woman who loves the outdoor activities and my connection with nature.  After encouragement from a close friend and photographer, I bought my Nikon camera in August 2007 and nature photography has become my passion.  My education is both from college and life itself with each day finding a new learning event.  I'm a retired police officer and am truly enjoying my light hearted lifestyle.  It sure feels good to be responsible for just me!   My gratitude is tremendous for our service men and women who have given such sacrifices and service to our nation.  I keep myself surrounded with family and friends who are most important in my life and am a Grandmother of five adopted children.  I'm so proud of my daughter and her husband for unselfishly sharing their love and nurturing with these precious little babes.  They are the joy in my life!
