Places I've been

I've been all over the U.S. and lived in many states, among them are New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Illinois, Hawaii, and now, Arizona. I haven't traveled much outside of the U.S. only to Mexico. I was born in Rockford, IL, and spent the better part of my life living in the suburbs of Chicago. For the past 12 years, since 1999, I've lived here in the Phoenix metro area and love it. This is my home and will remain so for the rest of my life.

Living in the Valley of the Sun means an active life with over 300 days of sunshine to enjoy.   I love living in this paradise and thank God for everyday I'm healthy.  Having my family here makes my life complete.

Activities

Working out at the gym, swimming in our house pool almost daily in the warm weather, going to nearby lakes to boat during the warm weather, walking for fitness, surfing the internet, especially Eons and Facebook, eating dinner at local restaurants with family and friends, attending concerts, reading fiction novels, watching t.v. AND WORKING TO STOP PUPPY MILLS.

Favorite Music

Smooth Jazz, Classic Rock, Country, Soft Rock, , Classic "oldies" from the 40's & 50's.

Favorite TV Shows

On regular TV: Dancing With The Stars, All of the CSI's. Anything on the Discovery Health Channel; Most anything on National Geographic channel, especially "The Dog Whisperer". Animal Planet.

Favorite Movies

Top Gun, An Officer and a Gentleman, Fried Green Tomatoes, Driving Miss Daisy, and any good comedy or romantic movie.

Favorite Books

Anything written by Nicholas Sparks, Debbie Macomer, Susan Wiggs, and Danielle Steele rate at the top of my favorite authors and their books. Just as long as it's fiction and is romance, comedy or drama I will enjoy reading the book.
