I currently live on a small farm north of Kansas City, MO. Lived previously in Arcata/Ferndale/Willits, CA. Traveled to Mexico, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Europe, all over the United States. My favorite places to be are San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, the coasts of North and South Carolina, and just about anywhere in Italy or the British Isles. I would love to see Australia and New Guinea some day.

More about me

I am a Northern California native who moved to the Kansas City area about 6 years ago.  Talk about a life style change (but it's a very good one)!  I live on a small farm with my husband, Charlie, in a wonderful, old Victorian farmhouse that I will finish remodeling sometime in the year 2525.  We share our home with three big dogs, one small cat, a hamster and three draft horses - all of which believe that they are really dogs except the hamster.  He knows he is a superior being.  I have one son, one daughter and six grandchildren, all relentlessly beautiful and perfect, of course.

I am tall, slim, redheaded, freckled, blue eyed, humorous, shy, romantic, untraditionally traditional, and driven.  I always have numerous projects going and few ever finished.  I eat dessert first, have leftover veggies for breakfast and will probably spend my second childhood sitting in a movie theatre half the day eating bag after bag of buttered popcorn. 

I like being in my 50s.  It took a lot of work to become this person I am now.  I am stronger, more tolerant, less fearful, more deliberately silly.
