More about me: My name is Alice and I live in Fayetteville AR. I moved here from Nevada where I lived for over 30 years. I have been divorced for over 10 years now, but love being alone too. I am happy with who I am, and despite any hardships that may come along in the future.....I will always be at peace and happy, because these things come from our souls and anything that may happen in this world cannot touch our overall peace of mind, and joy.
I was not able to have kids, so family is limited. But I am blessed with some awesome friends whom I cherish very much. I am a christian and study my bible daily because all that I learn there brings me much joy. I am in the last stages of a muscle disease, and my heart (a muscle too) is being damaged also. But....I am so blessed. I get up each morning knowing I have another chance to make a difference in someone else's life, that is a purpose I live for. I take one day at a time too, tomorrow has enough worries of it's own. I have met some awesome people here and glad I stumbled upon this place too. God bless you all,

Favorite Music: Country music, christian music and love the oldies.
Favorite TV Shows: news, surviver, and sometimes I like the TVland channel with the old gunsmoke and other oldies too.
Favorite Movies: "Forest Gump", "Fried green tomatoes", "top gun" even the oldies like "To kill a mockingbird"and "the grapes of wrath"......and comedies too.
Favorite Books: Bible, haven't read any others lately

Favorite People: Those who put their lives on the line to save others, firefighters, Police, the military, and just ordinary people who at the right time stopped what they were doing and helped someone. These are the people I admire.
Favorite Places: The countryside of northwest Arkansas. Ireland, someday would like to go there.
Favorite Animals: Love them all. I have for years rescued stray dogs and cats and work with the local animal shelter to help find homes for the cats and dogs. I also love horses.
