moved to buffalo in `76 for college. started my career in `83 in ft lauderdale. eventually got back to ny in `87 in nyc! relocated to CNY in `89 & been here ever since.

i'm fiddy, just turned.

i'm married (to my college girlfriend) & we have a 22-yr old daughter. now she's in college.

i work for NYS in a law enforcement job i've had since `87. i sorta enjoy it although it is work & all.

i spend most of my $$ on my daughter & some on the wife.

i exercise a lot in my spare time and train no gi jiu jitsu & MMA. to keep from getting smoked by the young guys, i run & lift on the days i don't grapple.

other than that, i listen to contemporary blues, spend time at state parks w/my wife & hike & walk.

i have a beer now & then but am basically in recovery. i used to be a "heavy drinker" and got sorta sober along w/my wife.

overall, life is good.
