More about me: I was born in South America long time ago.....American citizen for 35 years. iI am a widow , retired, I was living in Canada until May, came to Florida to see my daughter, then to california where I'm staying with one of my daughters in Norwalk. Hello!

Sounds like we have quite a lot in common. I've been to Italy twice, and Tuscany is my favorite area. If you ever want to get some people together to rent a villa there, check out VRBO (vacation rentals by owner) on the internet. I know some people who have used that, and had very good luck.

I am considering going on a group tour to Portugal in March, but have to go alone as my husband has to work. I'm going to see how much it costs since I'll have to pay a single's supplement. We'll see!

If you read my comments, you'll see that traveling is something I'm really interested in doing now that I'm retired.
