More about me

I'm a married mother of four children ranging in age from high school sophomore down to terrific two year-old. With nearly 20 years experience as a consultant in corporate marketing, sales promotion and internal communications, I decided it's time to ditch the brick and mortar for the digital work world.  I'm currently consulting on a great how-to site promoting weight loss, healthy lifestyles, and eating organic, vegan foods. Check it out at www.lose-weight-for-life.com.
