Russell, the photo was taken alongside Hwy 120 at the east entrance to Yosemite. The elev. is around 9500'. I live on the east side of the Sierras. It can get pretty here.

Why thank you so much for the nice comment on my flower picture. My friend had picked them from her flower bed for me. I thought it was different. I think its a MUM, but not sure.
