Places I've been

I was born and raised in Luray Virginia. My hometown. I would love to go back there and live one day. Life is just too hectic here. I have visited a few other states, not many. My son took me to New York to see a play. We spent the weekend, and went by train. it was very exciting for me. Also have been to North Carolina, and PA. One of my favorite places is Rehobeth, Delaware. I enjoy being near the water. My dream is one day to visit England, and Ireleand.

Activities

I enjoy many things including walking, reading, knitting, decorating my home, baking, cooking, taking care of the elderly. I enjoy going to plays, and art exhibits. Love to visit quaint towns, and vintage shops. My passion has always been fashion, I wish I could have done something in my life that involved fashion~

Disabled Vietnam Vets, Shelters for homeless, and abused women~

Soft rock, oldies, country, jazz, most all music..not too much on rap though~

Favorite TV Shows

I really do not watch much television. When I do it is usually PBS, and a decorating show.

Sabrina, Legends of the Fall, Pretty Woman, An Affair to Remember, Picnic, Save this Dance, Fried Green Tomatoes, Dirty Dancing, and I Walk the Line.

Favorite Books

To Kill a Mockingbird is my all time favorite.... I like history, poetry, biographies, and political books, fashion and decorating magazines~

Favorite Places

One of my favorite places is Washington, DC, I also loved New York when I was there. I love Rehobeth Delaware...love to walk on the beach when the air is crisp, and cool. Harve de Grace, was also a favorite along with St. Michaels. My favorite place of all is HOME~~

Favorite Animals

I have no animals, however I would love to have a small dog. Lately I have been trying to decide if I should get a betta fish. I live in a small apartment, and that would work out~ I also love birds.
